COS students can use Student Tech Support for help with technology. For example, Office 365 (email, OneDrive), network access, login assistance, Banner Web, Canvas, MyGiant, and AppStream. 

During staffed hours listed below you can:

  • Use the chat feature on the bottom right side of the Student Tech Support page that looks like this
  • Email: student.helpdesk@cos.edu and expect a response within 48 business hours
